StellarRat
In air combat the alien shots are very difficult to see because the are the same color as the field of fire arcs. Please change the color to blue, white or black or even green. My suggestion is white because that probably won't cause much trouble for color blind people. Skitso
+1 Also, while you fix the alien missile colors, could something be done to fire arcs too? When there are up to 6 air crafts each with its own fire arcs, it becomes almost impossible to know what is what.. Maybe some on/off switch, global or per air craft
StellarRat
I'm going to bump this because I think it's important and a simple change. Us old guys with bad eyes have enough problems playing games specially late at night when we're tired.
Gauddlike
There are a bunch of colour settings in gameconfig.xml but this isn't one of them. It would be nice to have control over the colour, it can be hard to spot sometimes.

That would be ideal.
Dranak
Agreed, the red on red on red can be pretty annoying to see. Not to mention I'm not sure what sort of hell the air combat would be for a red/green colorblind person.

StellarRat
Chris, any chance of this? It doesn't seem like much programming and it would really help in air combat.
Chris
Hmm. The problem is the styling is all red / green so outright changing the colour would probably look a bit strange. Darkening or lightening the projectiles so they stand out more should be possible though.
StellarRat
Hmm. The problem is the styling is all red / green so outright changing the colour would probably look a bit strange. Darkening or lightening the projectiles so they stand out more should be possible though. That would probably work for me. They're just hard to see with my old eyes. IMO, you could probably get by with darker/more transparent arcs and that by default would make the shots stand out better. Also, someone pointed out that having all the fire arcs (alien and human) the same color is a bit "busy" when you're trying to see what's going on. I believe is also true. If there was some way to differentiate the human and alien arcs and shots more that would really help things.
