[v8.9 baseview] stores: Inventory math

For some reason, I'm only able to reproduce this with Alenium, Alien Alloys and Alien Navigation. All other items change hands according to plan.

Edited to add: the player is only compensated for the stuff he's committed to sell.

I can confirm this.

Im getting same results for transfers as well. That is, the loss of 1 extra from stock with the above items.

(figured i'd try while i was in there :) )
