Marco Antonio Posted January 25, 2012 Share Posted January 25, 2012 Global view- Saving itself works, but I have to type out a name and save, selecting a previous save for overwriting purposes seems to be glitchy. xracer Posted January 26, 2012 Share Posted January 26, 2012 (edited) A way around this and to be able to do over right (corrected: overwriting) follow this pattern. Once in the menu click on name field, Then click on the saved game you with to overwrite The simply delete the last letter (backspace) of the game name and retype it, And then you will be able to overwrite the saved game Seems long but is actually fast just takes me long to explain it properly :-) Edited January 26, 2012 by xracer Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

xracer Posted January 26, 2012 Share Posted January 26, 2012 my response was to the point that you can access the menu in the geoscape (global view), it also used to work in ground combat, when we could access the menu, as of right now the saving, or rather the access to the menu via the ESC key is only viable in geoscape.
