vaultdweller Posted November 3, 2013 Share Posted November 3, 2013 Save file I'm having issues with aliens being able to see my soldiers (and shoot at them) through walls. The linked save file is inside a small Ceasan base. Ending turn after this point results in a barrage of plasma from the room to the right of where my soldiers are. The same thing was happening earlier, with aliens inside a Corvette shooting at my soldiers when they were outside, and in the entry corridor. From the sounds I was hearing during the Hidden Movement phase of that battle, they were going to town on the civilians as well. There might be some other weirdness loading this file due to XML mods in use. I've changed the base carrying weight, and raised the maximum stat levels. I figured maybe they are using whole squad LOS, like we do? Still, being behind a wall and getting hit is irksome. Yeah that's right. Irksome.
