19.6 HF2 Geoscape: Interceptors tailing landed UFOs spend massive quantities of fuel

For reasons unbeknownst to me, any interceptor over a landed UFO will have their fuel levels drop incredibly rapidly, often draining the tanks in moments. I've confirmed this by launching multiple sorties using the same interceptor design at the same time: The sortie that attempts to engage a landed UFO will RTB from fuel use far before the sortie chasing an in-flight UFO. Even if the UFO that's still flying is further away from the relevant base than the landed one is.

I've discovered the best workaround is to order the interceptors to patrol a nearby location and have them re-engage as soon as the UFO takes off.
