Iv noticed that on the aircraft equipment screen for the basic aircraft one of the missles is in the cannon slot. and the cannon itself has its ammo down to 50 (dont know if its is a purpose change on the ammo or if a bug due to the cannon being in a missle slot)

The missile in the wrong spot is known, and the low ammo count is intended.

One thing, concerning the missile and cannon swap with the Condors:

I have confirmed that you can have two cannons and one missile equipped (by making the missile in the nose a cannon, and leaving the cannon in the wing alone) in the air combat, and there are no issues. By manipulating it in another way, you can have three missiles and no cannon. This also works in the air combat with no issues.

One interesting thing, with three missiles it opens room for one more missile. With two cannons it simply shoves the extra cannon into the missile slot, without changing the layout much. I'll include screenshots of what I'm talking about.
