VX18 Geoscape Permenant Warning Window

After successfully repelling an attack the game wouldn't recognize when the Ok button is hit to get rid of the window.

Also an attempt before where I was unsuccessful to repel an attack and my base was being assaulted All the enemies were in a room that was "off from the base" and I wasn't able to attack or enter this "room".
