Sathra Posted June 12, 2013 Share Posted June 12, 2013 Stats are gained by doing, so shooting at an alien increases accuracy, running around increases TU's, carrying near encumbering (or encumbering) amounts of stuff increases strength and not panicking increases bravery. Bravery also increases with medals, and HP is increased by increasing other stats. Rank is based on how many stat increases a soldier has gained.
