Shotcrete Posted May 4 Posted May 4 I managed to delay a retaliation on an under-defended base until interceptor reinforcements could arrive by repeatedly engaging the UFO with an (unarmed and heavily damaged) MiG and simply avoiding the UFO in air combat until the jump timer times out. Each time my interceptor remained at the engagement location on the Geoscape, and the retaliation UFO jumped some distance away from my base, ready to be re-engaged. I suggest that for base attacks, the UFO should jump sideways such that they are the same distance from the base, or, if they are already within jump distance, right on top of the target base. Quote

Hah - this is pretty clever. Yeah, it is a pretty exploitable mechanic, will bring this up with the rest of the team 1 Quote
