[7.22.2 - Ground Combat] Smoke not spawning on water, around obstacles, or in air

Threw a smoke grenade near water and no smoke spawned on water tiles, leaving my units exposed.

Another time I threw a smoke grenade at a Sebellian standing on the edge of a rock outcrop (1 level up) and no smoke spawned in the around them, only in areas with rock floor, leaving their sight lines intact.

Similarly, no smoke spawns in cell with obstacles, so a 3 tile fallen wooden log acts as an aiming tunnel through smoke if you stand beside it.

Thanks for the bug report! Can you send us a save so I can give it a look? Smoke should spawn normally on water tiles, although it looks like there's a bug with smoke not spawning on some water edge tiles.

No smoke in floorless space? My poor MARS is nicely visible if the Psyon steps forwards a few paces.

Ah well, in this case it is intended as it is empty space (same reason why smoke does not propagate on empty spaces on higher floors)
