thothkins Posted June 9, 2013 Share Posted June 9, 2013 The roles provide a useful means of identifying what your soldiers are used for. It hasn't got a bearing on stat increases directly. However, as using the soldiers in certain ways will increase stats, there's an indirect link between roles and increases.
