[Full release 7.18.7 - Ground Combat] Automed Module healed soldier that was no longer holding it

I went into a combat and found that my heavy weapon soldier wasn't equipped with an automed and bleeding out. I decided to move my shield soldier to drop off their automed unit, and moved away to allow the heavy to pick it up. At end of turn, both the heavy soldier and the shield soldier regained health. I double checked at the start of the next round and the shield unit absolutely did not have an automed equipped.

Update: Shield soldier kept getting healed on subsequent turns
