funding report - counts of radars, labs & workshops underestimated, leading to artificially low upkeep expenses

 

What Happened

Day 364,

An external audit of Xenonaut accounting practises revealed the organisation is systematically under-reporting its true number of quantum arrays, quantum laboratories, and nanotech workshops, leading to artificially low monthly upkeep costs and inflated profits.

The fourth lab & fourth workshop were constructed recently (ish), so if the expenses report only shows buildings that existed at the start of the month, not the end of the month, this could explain 1 undercounted lab & 1 undercounted workshop, but it cannot explain the other 4 missing quantum arrays, & the remaining 2 missing labs & 1 missing workshop.
