fusion-waffle Posted March 4 Posted March 4 Description colossus soldier suppressed after being sprayed at by only 4 aliens, had half TU at start of turn What I Expected Soldiers in colossus battlesuit are immune to suppression (per xenopedia entry for colossus battlesuit) But, I don't understand how stun HP or suppression work in any detail, so let me know if i've misunderstood things & it's working as intended! What Happened During UOO-1 bridge assault mission, Right flank team (mix of vanguard & colossus soldiers) hadn't managed to kill / control a servitor by end of 2nd player turn. On alien turn, the servitor moved to the rear right of the teleporter room & sprayed at the team. Servitor's spray didn't do much damage, but it did breach the mainframe room door - then 3 aliens in the mainframe room joined in and also sprayed at the team At start of player turn the 2 vanguard soldiers in front rank have 0 stun HP remaining and half TU (OK) one colossus soldier in front rank has 0 stun HP remaining and full TU (expected given colossus suppression resist) the other colossus soldier in front rank has 0 stun HP remaining and half TU (unexpected!) Further Info Please see attached f11 bug report zip: bug_report_2026-03-04-18h57_gc_7.4.0_user_f11_1.zip I hit f11 on the start of turn 3 after noticing the colossus with half TU (Col. Maria Smith). When I tried loading the Day 323 UOO-1 Bridge assault turn 2 end autosave a couple of times to see if the alien turn was reproducible, the servitor makes a different move, moving to cover more directly at the team, instead of moving into the rear right -- so it doesn't have an angle on the mainframe door, and the alien turn plays out differently. We're looking into this, it should be immune to suppression but there might be something that's causing this bug 1 Quote
