But, in the armoury screen, with 1 single soldier assigned to my single dropship, the drop down for armour selection shows there are only 6x guardian armour and 0x warden armour: Possible explanation: could the engineering screen be counting the armour "worn" by unassigned soldiers as if it was actual armour? But this is wrong as armour/weapons "worn' by unassigned soldiers do not exist, they're previews of what items we'd attempt to equip the soldier with from stores if the soldier was assigned to a dropship. In this campaign I have only 1 base with soldiers and items, and 1 dropship, so I don't believe any other armour actually exists beyond the 6 guardian armour, there's nowhere else it could be. fusion-waffle Posted February 26 Author Posted February 26 (edited) Here's another example of the engineering screen counts being wrong, this time with weapons. build: v7.3.0 description: engineering screen count of fusion shotguns is incorrect. engineering screen displays fusion shotgun (4), but there are only 3 fusion shotguns to equip in armoury. what happened: I used to have 4 fusion shotguns earlier in this campaign, but one was destroyed, along with its soldier, by a cyberdrone fusion burst. fusion-waffle Posted Thursday at 10:27 PM Author Posted Thursday at 10:27 PM If there doesn't end up being enough room in schedule to make these engineering screen item counts work before 1.0, another option could be to revert the feature (or hide the numbers), if there's a quick & low risk way of doing that. These item counts will be a nice quality of life improvement for the engineering screen when they reliably show accurate item counts, but in the current state (7.2.0 - 7.8.0) they're a quality of life downgrade vs having no item count numbers at all, as they show numbers but the item count numbers are usually misleading.
