[experimental 6.3 - tactical] MARS yellow vision arc issue

MARS (and presumably other vehicles too) has it's yellow vision cone visible in the deployment phase. Not sure if intended, but it's information I really don't need, and if it's intended, why wouldn't other units have it visible? It's also troublesome as the yellow vision tiles block green tiles which indicate where I can place the unit.

Speaking of deployment phases, why doesn't the first ATLAS mission have one when all the other similar missions do?

Thanks, we'll look into this. Relatively low prio bug though so might take a while to get fixed.

I don't think it's a good idea to have a deployment region on the first mission.

Yeah, I can understand the reasoning. What about the yellow cone then? Can't think of any reason for that...
