I retrieved 19 data packets but received no cash or change to Doomsday upon returning.

This save has all but one soldier already in the copter.

Thanks for the bug report! The usb sticks now give 10 OP each instead of reducing doomsday or giving cash, which seems to work properly as your OP sum went from 15 -> 205 after the data raid mission.
