According to  briefing :

Revealing aliens by a "security camera" system, acitvates when  no alien in the room.

Well, if the alien is in the lower room, ( the room with 4 teleports under the Command centre) then it is not enabled.

FIX : Make sure that activation area for revealing aliens is The Base Command Centre Room OR re-word the briefing to something like " if no aliens in the base command or nearby, then "

Yes, this change would make sense. We'll do it for Milestone 6.
