some minor suggestions

After playing the latest update, I thought about some minor tweeks:

- double click a safegame to load it

- a red Alien Icon underneath every soldier Icon that sees an enemy in tactical

- a textbox in tactical that lists the events that occured out of turn, but were noticed by your soldiers (similar to the center textbox in strategic) for example "civilian was killed by..." or "civillian spotted an alien"

Keep up the good work! Such a nice game!
