V 5.24.0 Ground mission - Previously overloaded unit has too few TU

Background: On ground missions I sometimes overload units with gear. This time it was with loads of grenade, weapon and a shield. 2-3 turns in I dropped the shield but the unit didn't regain the expected TU.

I had two units with the same type of overloaded loadout. I'm attaching multiple saves.

I can't seem to find the before mission or turn 1 saves but I am attaching turn 2-6 saves. The unit that behaves incorrectly is the one pictured:

The overloaded unit that behaves as expected is Taher S

And a screenshot from his actual TU from the base:

Thanks - this should be fixed in 5.24.0, so if you load a save from before that ground combat it should work fine. Let me know if that's not the case!
