Max_Caine
Sorry Giovanni, but equipment is still going missing if a guy is wounded. If I don't strip him, stuff goes. Also, other characters in the unassigned list also seem to be randomly stripped as well.
Shoggoth
I still get this too, the last (big) annoying issue left for me really, as the game is MUCH more playable and enjoyable after hotfix 2. But it is frustrating to have to keep replacing disappearing armor, or finding troops that appeared equipped, to be completely without equipment once a mission starts. Maxmimus
I would like to add my +1 to this issue same as Caine. Disappearing gear
Giovanni
Simple explanation for this. Chris didn't tell me that he was going to release an hotfix, and (my fault!) I didn't upload the fix for this one (I usually do a few fixes before committing code changes), so it hasn't been included. Other fixes that I marked as done here may not be included (cannot redirect chinook to terror site, for example)

You guys deserve a beer!

In my opinion this is the most annoying bug at the moment. I hope you will be able to include it in the next hotfix/release
Giovanni
I hope you will be able to include it in the next hotfix/release I've already uploaded it to our SVN, so the next version will have this fixed, I promise!
Max_Caine
tbh, it's good that you wait before commiting code changes. You never know if a code fix in one place causes unusual behaviour somewhere else!
erutan
If it doesn't kill save games can you slip us this fix on the sly? It's the only thing that really annoys me at this point.
