V. 4.27 Game crash return to desktop during tactical combat mission

Game just crashed. Nothing special happened. Game was really, really, really laggy some turns before crashing.

Thanks for the bug report! We'll give this a look and see what's going on. It looks like the game crashed after your machine gun equipped soldier fired their weapon. Was the camera moving just about when the crash happened?

No, but shooting in general was with verz verz few frames.

After reloading the game it did not crash again

I have been experiencing similar random crashes during tactical missions lately as well. Expect to upload the file as soon as able to repro.

I seem to be able to reproduce the issue by opening up inventory screen in tactical missions and then hitting "Esc"

Thanks for the bug report! That's rather strange, does this consistently happen when you're playing? Or does it only happen on specific situations? I tried loading the save attached in the bug report, but haven't been able to reproduce the crash from exiting the inventory screen.

Thanks for the response, we're still looking into it and will hopefully get the fix included in milestone 5.
