V18 strings.xml annoted with comments for use in text editors

So, if you do want to get a feel on what goes where I annotated the English V18 strings.xml with comment on which does what, at least as far as I know it. Since I did my translation with the Vim 7.3 texteditor, having comments is quite helpful, especially if the text editor shows comments and such in a different color.

If you want to use it for translation purposes and therefore install it in your assets folder, remember to create a back up of your current strings.xml for a possible roll back.
