[V17.91.1 - Launcher] Launcher crashes immediately after launch

The launcher window loads (and ironically I can see part of a message about a launcher crash fix which I am unable to completely read) and then immediately I receive a "Xenonauts has stopped working" error message giving me only the option to close the program.
