2.10 exp - unit recuitment

Playing at veteran level early days. Is it just me or have all the recruitment buttons disappeared? (eng/sci but especially soldiers)

I think I've also seen this happen. When I went to recruit some soldiers the button wasn't there. But it may have been because I had no living quarter slots left so I'm not sure (didn't notice at the time).

Only appear after rescue mission. All good

Thanks for the bug report. I haven't been able to reproduce the bug after following the steps provided by ChrisB so if you come across the bug again, do let us know!
