Corpse analysis does, though. Pretty frustrating. If this is not a bug and interrogations work differently now, it'd be really nice to know that. Quote

It actually is a bug - it was unlocking off a captured Cleaner Soldier rather than an Agent, which I'll fix now. 1 Quote
