[V17.1 Manufacturing] Not enough Hangar space even though there is a hangar available

Researched the fast interceptor. Assigned ten engineers to build, received "Not enough Hangar space" when I tried to change the build number to 1.

Base has 4 Hangars

1)Chinook

2) F17

3) F17

4) empty, formerly occupied by an F17 that was shot down about a week prior. (Call it 2 days +research days using 20 scientists)

The only time I had this was when I had ordered a replacement F17 and it still had to arrive at the base. So there wasn't really an empty hanger available.

In this case, I hadn't ordered an aircraft.

I;ve had the message when I had too many units selected, but reseting it to one had the correct action happen

Could you buy a new F-17 to fill that hangar?

If not then the bug is probably the game failing to subtract the destroyed craft from your inventory.

If you can fill it another way then the bug must be with the manufacturing side.

I had the game freeze on me in a combat missim about an hour later. I never saved it, so I can't go back. I never tried to buy another F17.

I have a similar problem.

I have three bases, in one of the bases I had two F17, one got shot down. The hangar is vacant. I transfer a plane from main base to the base with a vacant hangar. The transport gets shot down and the hangar on the recieving base is not freed up.
