[V23.7 - Geoscape] CTD shortly after intercepting an alien ship

I am crashing on the Geoscape. I don't have any engineering or research tasks completing around the time of the crash. There are two alien ships flying around, one I am intercepting (which is where the save is from) and the other is around North America and I think may be setting up a base as it stops moving for a bit.

The crash is easily reproducible as I've tried a few times to change things and it always leads to the crash.
