Chris Posted October 23, 2021 Share Posted October 23, 2021 This quick hotfix addreses a couple of issues in Beta Build V22. Again, you'll need to be on the Experimental Branch to access the build. Fixed a crash that would occur on the Stores screen if you accessed it after runnning one of the Taser Engineering projects. There's now a text intro that appears at the start of the campaign that sets the scene. You can disable this by deselecting the "Enable Tutorial" checkbox on campaign selection, or you can skip it by pressing Escape. Added another Tropical Raid map. Added various new tooltips / linked tooltip concepts to some of the starting weapons. On the Soldier Equip screen, you can now press Ctrl to view the stats of the currently equipped weapon alongside the one being viewed (previously the game displayed them automatically). MARS can no longer earn medals. Various fixes to the Taser / Stun weapons: Taser is now called the "Stun Gun" for consistency reasons. Fixed the Tazer not having ammo when constructed. Fixed there being duplicate Tazer engineering projects. The other project now correctly unlocks Stun Gas Grenades (and stun gas HEVY rounds). The stun baton now appears in the base stores (as it is built in engineering), and has a sell price of half its construction cost. Fixed an issue where the starting HEVY Smoke Rounds were actually vehicle ammo, so set the starting base to have the correct ones.
