V20 Item transfer between bases Geoscape/basemanagement

When I try to transfer items between several bases only my 2nd base is selectable. I can transfer men and women between bases easy enough but not bases. When I try to select it, wheter via double clicking it or selecting the base and clicking "select base" button the name of the base doesn't change. I did test to see if the items would transfer and if it was just the UI not changing, but no it only allows me to transfer to me 2nd base from main base and my other bases to my main base IE the default selected base.

sure, bug is where it doesn't let me transfer and Start is the save i made before starting to play
