Weapon "locked" by invasion stage. How to mod it?

I want to make anvanced items available from the beginning of the game, so i unlock the corresponding research just after base build (in basebuild script). But completing this research does not unlock this weapon both in inventory screen and manufacturer. It seems that access to this weapon blocked by game ticker. Any ways i can tweak it?

P.S. don't advise me to make items "unlimited" this is not solution that i need
