[16.1] Geoscape Strange price for hiring engineers

When trying to hire engineers I noticed strange changes in price. With the increase and decrease in the number of engineers, the price was no longer as before the increase.

Thanks. Yeah, I'm getting this too. No time to get this fix into V16.2 now but we'll get it fixed for V16.3!

EDIT - oh, actually, it's a very simple thing. I'll include it in V16.2.
