I would wager my left paw it's a know issue too. Comassion Posted June 11, 2012 Share Posted June 11, 2012 I'm seeing this too - also, my first ten 'assigned' scientists to projects don't count against my assigned numbers, only beyond that do I see the available scientists go down. SoftwareSimian Posted June 12, 2012 Share Posted June 12, 2012 If you fire these surplus scientists, not only do you get negative pay benefits, but you can also use the negative space to hire other employees, up to your actual base capacity.
