Coffee Potato Posted July 9, 2019 Share Posted July 9, 2019 There was a feature that's been tested in XDiv recently that really, really changed the game. One could argue this started in EU. The EU version was Stacking suppression. The XDiv version is Shock damage, which is a chance type of damage from fast weapons that hits TU instead of health. Both of these had a similar result, which was a complete lockdown of a unit by shock and awe when you need to get close, but know their suppressed medium shot will definitely still hit someone far away.
