I doubt that there should not be a definite date but I'm impatient and I don't know how to calm my waiting. Thank you in advance for the answer and / or your useful information. FYI it's already publicly released on Xsolla, they just don't want to get negative reviews on Steam because it's clearly not in a very enjoyable state yet. If you're bored, play mods.
