lemonrev Posted January 31, 2019 Share Posted January 31, 2019 Its kinda funny really, But I selected Asia pacific region and just called it Asia one, but once i found an alien landing i clicked on the spot and it launched my craft from the more central spot at the end of the island i think it was more European as the launch spot.. Anyways Just reporting that, Meaning that no matter where you select your beginning place is, the game has its own rules as to where it wants to launch from. This is actually correct, as the base you placed is an airbase that holds interceptors whereas the base in Iceland is your Main Base where the dropship lives. I can see why it's confusing, though - the main base will be removed from the map in V3 and things will hopefully be easier to understand.
