You're not quite doing any harm, but with the complete disrespect you've been showing toward's developers and other modders (and hell, even the TV shows inspiring your mod), I won't be spending any time helping your efforts.

I think the change to Reapers has made them capable of destroying vehicles now - at least, I don't recall them one-shotting scout cars before and they do now.

Yeah that's a bug, they're supposed to take 2-3 hits to kill a vehicle, as per the vanilla intention.
