Crashes for 'GcGUI.Tooltips.SoldierNextButton'

I'm getting frequent crashes, and my log file is spitting out the following lines:

I'm assuming that I have to find this GcGUI.Tooltips.SoldierNextButton and enter in something for the string?  I really have no idea where to start looking for this.
