Notepad++ hacked by CIA, updated

Notepad++ seems to be the tool of choice around here, so I think this news is worth a note.

Last week WikiLeaks released over 8000 CIA documents, some of which document their hacks, and one of which is about hacking computer through Notepad++.

Well, the term "hacking" is a bit liberal in this case, but that's what Notepad++ says in the release note of latest update, in addition to other enhancements.  I particularly love the shift+enter reverse search in search dialog.

Notepad++ won't check for update until you launch it, and updates are not immediately pushed to the updater.  To protect yourself and enjoy new feature, update now!
