I have a question. Here is someone said, that on 1st terror mission he has met "facehugger".
I didn't saw any "facehugger" in first 3 months at all. (The highest difficulty).
Is it ok?

Enemies you encounter are somewhat randomized so it's very possible you don't meet Facehuggers for long time on terror missions. IIRC terror mission enemies are determined by enemies that terror UFO has. It's also possible that Facehugger died if you shot UFO before it landed.

Found bug: one way door.

Attached 2 screenshots:

  • 1st screenshot show, that soldier can go out the door.
  • 2nd screenshot show, that soldier can't go back into the same door.

Bug appear exactly with this door. Other are ok.

Attached 2 save files:

  • 1st with open door
  • 2nd with door, before opening (just in case...)

 

P.S. 

I don't think you should fix it. :) It's very-very rare (it's 1st time when I faced it, for hundreds of in-game hours). And bcs game is old enough.

But you asked to notify about any bugs (in text hints on battle-load screen) - so I do it :)

Hi loving the mod, just playing on NG level, just a quick question: 

Should I allow a terror ship to land in phase 1? Is there any operator/specialist I can only get in a landed urban terror mission, rather than from the UFO raid? Will I be able to capture all the same stuff? 

If I don't have to do the urban terror mission to get all specialists, I'd rather just shoot them all down and get all the terror ship resources I can, right? I'm guessing in later phases it'll be much harder to shoot down extreme ships and I'll be forced to do urban terror anyway?

Basically if you shoot down terror ship, some aliens will die. Which aliens is just random. So you won't get same stuff but probably enough still.

Shooting down UFO gives you terror ship datacores. But doing land mission may give more specialists. That's a tradeoff.

Extreme ships will be harder to shoot down but I shot down basically every Phase 2-4 terror ship (some of first ones slipped through since I didn't have enough airforce at that time) on my playthrough. No spoilers here.

I am engaged in the translation of this mod in Russian, already translated and thought it is because of the translation of these grenades stun grenades do not work. reinstalled the game but everything remains as it was.

I reinstalled the game again and put patches one by one and downloaded but new all mods: patch 1.00.10 stun grenades work as intended, in patch 1.00.11c stun grenades stop working. Installed patches with default settings.

I found the difference in these patches). the author removed from the stun grenade absolutely all active damage, and left only passive damage, that is, the stun works only if the enemy is in the smoke of this grenade). Since not only one I did not understand this innovation, I added to the description of the principle of action, because players do not understand how it works completely ignored these grenades. and used rockets stun, because there is clearly visible that there is an effect from the application). thank you for your attention!
