aajs
I use GIMP as its free for my Artwork, however Photoshop has a Macro mode that I do not possess. If anybody has photoshop I need a volunteer to create two new soldier sprites. I need a basic soldier units recoloured to white uniforms as I am going to create a medic. I also need a wolf unit recoloured to something new red perhaps for a new fire retardant armour. If anybody can assist that would be great. The new armours will be in my latest mod sets that I am releasing. Here is a quick taster of what's coming soon.
kabill
All the sprites I did for the Armour Resource Pack I did using a GIMP plugin which could do batch colour-changes. Can't remember off the top of my head what it was and I'm not sure whether it's still installed on the machine I used but might be worth having a look? (I will try and check for you if I have time anyway).
aajs
Oh wow, Thanks that would be cool, max is looking to see if he can do it via photoshop. However I would really like to know how to do it via gimp, as that's the package I am used too. I used up all the armours in your resource pack so need a few more
kabill
Ok, I think the plugin I used was this: http://registry.gimp.org/node/26259
aajs
Yes Thanks Kabill, Its Excellent. I have just made a new alternative starting armour in Green called Military.... It does not actually do much apart from a meagre +5 bravery but it does let you more easily distinguish between roles that you have assigned your troops.
