[X:CE 0.34] Sometimes unmodified left clicks assign maximum or minimum

Sometimes, not sure of the cause, but simple left clicks trying to add just 1 engineer or scientist to a task causes all the engineers or scientists to be assigned to the task.

Or, the game either tries to make me produce either 0 or 99 of the item in question. Can't choose say, 1 or 2.

No keyboard buttons are being pressed. The game just does an all or nothing approach.
