Xenonauts V1.58 Released!

Another update for Xenonauts, again just stability fixes. Two of these were provided by the Community Coder team, so thanks for their contributions here.

Changelog:

  • Another fix to an AI hang with the Reapers
  • Alien base missions should now load correctly on the Linux version of the game
  • Fixed an occasional crash related to the Fury interceptor destroying a UFO with escorts

This update is going out on the Windows / Linux Steam branch. If it goes well, we'll roll it out to the other platforms and on our other distribution services in a few days too.

This is great news :D

Hope we will see soon the update on all platforms, I'm really waiting for it a lot !

Nice!! Except today I load up my save game and it seems to be fine but when I try to save it crashes the game, saving over an existing save or a new save does the same thing. I had to load an earlier save game back when I was on the Main Global Map, that loaded and creating saves while on the global map or after starting a ground mission now works fine. Seems that for me the existing saves where I was on a ground mission could be loaded but then impossible to save after.

Doesn't do that for me, but I've just put V1.56 on the Experimental Steam branch so you can switch back to it and prepare your old saves for the update if you need to.
