[XCE 0.32 EXP] Suppression From Shooter's Tile

Don't have a good test case to recreate this but doing some testing I noticed that soldiers can be suppressed by shots from allies even when they are behind the shooter/shot.

E.g. I had a soldier at the front of the dropship who was shooting out at a wall ~10 tiles away. Although the shots were hitting the wall, one soldier diagonally adjacent the shooter (and behind them relative to where the soldier was shooting) ended up being suppressed by the attack.

I presume this is an oversight with the new system rather than a bug per se. Not sure what to suggest to fix it other than making allies immune to suppression. Or perhaps that but only within 1-2 tiles of the shooter (i.e. allies withing 2 tiles of the shooter cannot be suppressed by them?).
