Damage range

I've used 25 myself, and so far it seems a good fit. I wouldn't mind a larger scale if only the probability curve was something other than linear. E.g. something like 50% of time you'll end up in the 80% to 120% range, 40% time you'll reach 60-79% to 121-140% and only 10% of time you reach the maximum range. But of course that's not possible without changing the code.
