Sentelin Posted June 16, 2014 Share Posted June 16, 2014 (edited) They removed button long time ago (Though I don't remember in what build ) As for manage soldier button it shows list of hired soldier and under that section you can fire or transfer them.It is also useful for sorting out list of soldier by their stats which can very helpful.If you double click on soldier which is assign to Charlie it will redirect you to equip screen so you don't have to look for that soldier manually in equip screen. What they were doing was trying to train already trained corporals, and it didn't matter that there was an explanation right on the fairly large button - it said training, so obviously you press the training button, right? You'd actually have to ignore all the writing on the button with the exception of the word "training" to mistake the button for anything else, but that's exactly what people did.
