TNoyce
I apologize in advance if this has already been posted. I did a quick search, and didn't see it. Note this is VERY minor. Currently, if you select an existing save, the save button is not available, even though the name of the save is visible in the name box. If I re-type it, I can overwrite it. I think it would be good if the save button was enabled when a preexisting save was selected, so I don't have to re-type a name for it again. Gorlom
Its previously known, but your post is extensive so i guess it will help others that try to search the forum for it. I added tags to the thread.

NoIdidnt
check the workaround thread, easier way than retyping is found there.
kribu
I just got the lower-end preorder alfa. I would like to add that double-clicking on a save game name closes the save game dialog but does not save the game. No notification nor confirmation. Minor annoyance, once you know about it but if not it can cost you quite a bit of progress. I.E. you double click to save and then exit the game assuming the game was saved. I learned this the hard way.
NoIdidnt
sorry to hear that Kribu but yes it has been mentioned in previous threads. Im sure it will be fixed in post v9.0 builds.
Muzzleflash
Not sure if you are aware of this: You can mix upper case and lower case in the name of the save game. However, only upper case is rendered. So you can write: save, SAVE, sAvE, savE, sAve and they will all be different save games, shown in upper case though. Personally, I would have no problem if you just converted any save game name to upper case.
