In current build (V18 hotfix 1) a building has the roof "removed" when a soldier enters it. This is nice. But, I think the roof should disappear also when the mouse hovers over it. Currently, it is very annoying to try to go back into a building you have been in before since you have to step inside it first. The hangars on the desert/military base maps are a good example.

I think that if someone stands behind a wall or an object that completely covers the soldier the walls should either get a cut off view (dunno correct name for it) or even get semi transparant which perhaps is the easiest way to handle it. So that we can easily see when someone is behind a wall or large object. Ultimately even if you mouse over an object or wall it could go semi transparant so we can fully explore the map. I think this would greatly help controlling your operatives. Been a while since I tried the game now and perhaps something like it has been added, in that case, just ignore this

I had an alien hide on the far side of a spacecraft, tucked "underneath" the spacecraft. I couldn't see him from the player POV even though about 12 men should have been able to --- thankfully he was unarmed. Suggestion: When aliens are not visible due to tiles from the player's POV getting in the way, "ghost" either the offending building tiles or the alien so that the player doesn't have to go pixelhunting so blindly. Note: This is not a bug, strictly speaking, but a gameplay frustration. Given the player's POV everything rendered just fine. That's what makes this frustrating.
