At the end of a month I get the "can't pay maintenance and wages" pop up, but then have a big wad of cash in the accounts directly after. -
When you load the game all the efforts you have made are forgotten by the funding areas. I played through pretty much the whole of july without loading, doing heaps of missions and shooting stuff down. Lost my SGT too, **sniff** Check it out, before loading: After loading: I saved on July 31, then loaded it after the report to get this example.

The game seems to loose some info after loading, for example: Country forecast change levels seem to reset to 0. Aircraft seem to be instantly refuelled. Vehicles lost out of a dropship. Also, I sometimes get a CTD when loading.

EDIT: Disregard, saw an earlier post with Kickstarter mentioned. Have you guys checked into Kickstarter (http://www.kickstarter.com/) to get funding? Seems to be an easy way to get the necessary funds to help finish the game.
