Apologies if this has already been raised. I can't find any way to change the facing of a soldier during ground combat. Is there one? Or does facing make no difference?

Amazing Game. Especially the last build is very enjoyable!!! Can anybody tell me what is the shortcut that people are using to turn the line of sight of the soldiers on the spot?? Thank you
